A new experience for all plant lovers!

‘I am the Gardener’ is a relatively new concept that was envisioned by five people who wanted to try something new. They are here to complement the already existing nurseries in our localities, and not compete with them. They don’t produce their own plants, rather they sell plants from our local nurseries. Right now, they also bring in plants from Holland although this is only a short-term measure. In the long run, the people behind ‘I am the Gardener’ want all their plants to be produced locally. The reason behind them importing from Holland is quite unique, and all in all quite helpful to local nurseries here. They want to give an example to the already existing nurseries that they too can produce plants of international standards and excellent quality, and all they have to do is put in a little bit more of an effort.

Another huge plus point of this place is that all their plants are labeled  -- their name, what types of condition you should keep them in, and how much water you pour them.

‘I am the Gardener’ has established a venue where you can enjoy the ambiance of the place, and buy plants in a hassle free manner. You can just go here and buy plants of your choice that are already potted and all ready to be taken and placed in your garden or in your home. Another bonus is that the plants sold there are quite light. They use plastic pots to place the plants, and use coco pits instead of soil. Coco pits are as beneficial as regular soil, and you only need to water it only once a week. Now, you don’t have to worry about your plant withering away due to lack of water! Another huge plus point of this place is that all their plants are labeled  -- their name, what types of condition you should keep them in, and how much water you pour them.

If going till Dhumbarahi (where they are located) is a problem, you can order their plants online from their Facebook page as well. This way you can get your plants delivered right to your doorstep. Not only do they supply plants, they also entertain all kinds of plant queries online. Furthermore, they also follow up with you about 10-15 days after plant purchase, and ask if your plants are doing well. Now, where else can you find this level of care for customers?
