Kathmandu (June 6, 2025 ) – Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, in partnership with Global Compact Nepal, celebrated World Environment Day 2025 with a focus on climate-conscious initiatives and cultural sustainability.

The event was graced by Deputy Mayor of Kathmandu, Ms. Sunita Dangol, and included tree planting on hotel grounds and a special collaboration with Lal Dhanus International Services to create and hang sustainable prayer flags at the Boudhanath Stupa, symbolizing peace, environmental commitment, and community well-being.
